「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. 「Room is small. A Smeg fridge, tea kettle, & Nescafé machine in room. 👍 Shower is lovely except it doesn’t drain quick enough. Pillows. 👍 Pool is really a huge hot tube with only one spot where bubbles work. Gym looked nice. Great steam sauna. Breakfast is not included. Nice place but go to their actual website. We were way overcharged on Expedia.」
