I love the property and it’s location, bathrooms could be improved specially illumination. Bed was too small and again I couldn’t get an upgraded for Gold Member. The only complaint is the cleaning staff. They start at 7/7:30 slamming doors and buckets and chatting and it’s really annoying. They should consider that some people are just in a holiday and want to sleep or relax or just not wake up with slamming doors.

Fantastic location! Close to the downtown but nice and quiet right around the hotel. Our room had been renovated and was clean and very comfortable! The staff were very friendly and breakfast was fantastic. We were there during a heat wave so it got a bit hot but other than that, was a great stay!

Trinity City Hotel has a nice looking lobby and an above-average restaurant and bar. However, these are "lipstick on a pig." There's a homeless encampment across the street and we survived three nights of ridiculous sporadic electrical hum noises coming from the AC system (like the sound of a sudden arc or like an electromagnet). We recorded it and I plan on sending it to management and asking them what they would pay to have a room with this kind of crazy noise. We asked them to look into the noise on the first day (their logs showed a maintenance person did go by when we were off on a tour but no one bothered to get back to us). When I inquired again (since they said nothing), they said the maintenance person checked on it and we just needed to leave the AC on for 20-30 minutes and it would go away. That's a laugh, because it would sound off sporadically every few minutes 24/7. Can you imagine trying to sleep with a big sudden ERRRRRRRR noise happening on and off through the night? It sounded like a jack hammer was in the street! Otherwise, the room was okay ... very outdated furniture, lukewarm shower, very noisy place when people walked up and down the halls - heaven forbid they were talking! Food was pretty good. Breakfast bar was plentiful.

Great stay, great location, rooms need updated TV’s. Booked 4 rooms, smart TV only in 1 room, 2 rooms the TV didn’t even turn on, our room had an old LG TV with the worst cable connections/options. When paying for a premium room, discouraging to have zero entertainment options, especially when it’s cold and rainy out. Also, room key cards deactivate if next to cell phone, very sensitive. Other than that, great stay, food very good as well.

This was a lovely hotel and a great location near the main areas of Dublin. The staff were friendly and the food was great, especially the Crab cake during lunch. Nice ambience and courtyard.

The hotel was fine, but for a 4-star and the price, I expected better. The staff were fantastic - really friendly and accommodating. The lobby and bar area were nice, and the food was decent (we only ordered sandwiches as we were eating out later that night). I booked an Executive Triple Room, and it looked lovely at first, but then I noticed the box spring bed base was dirty and scuffed. That kind of wear and tear is fair enough, but a valance sheet would go a long way in tidying it up. The bathroom was the real issue. The shower fixtures, glass door, and corners of the bath were filthy - there was a lot of built-up grime and scum. The floor was dirty too - I could see it on my feet after walking barefoot post-shower. It just did not feel like it had been properly cleaned in a while. The hotel was not awful, but like I said, for the price - CA$871.28 for one night including parking - you would expect better.

Fabulous location walking distance to absolutely everything. Staff are friendly and courteous and having valet parking was a great option in busy Dublin. We stayed here at both the beginning and end of our trip.
