"The staff at this hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, our room looked like it had not been cleaned very well. When we first arrived, we noticed there was change on one of the desks, presumably from the last guest. There was also a lot of lint/ fuzz on the carpets. After we had settled in, we went into the bathroom and noticed that there was something visible under the bathroom counter. It was a mouldy lemon. Not sure how long this had been there. There was also no body wash left in the bottle in the shower, so definitely not the most thorough cleaning job. We were only there for one night and it was very late when we arrived, so we did not want to ask for a room change. The location is excellent and the free airport shuttle is very convenient. However, we were hoping for something cleaner and better maintained given the cost."

"It is a fantastic place to stay, the free shuttle runs twice per hour and is super easy and quick to get to airport. It is a very easy flat walk to get to the shuttle to go to the hotel and on the return journey, you are dropped outside the terminal. The hotel is beautifully appointed and easy to get around. It is great for an overnight stay."

"First this is not a 4 star hotel. I would honestly give it 2 stars at most. The building is in bad shape from the outside and inside. We were in room 4142 and the tv only worked for 2 nights out of our 5 night stay. No help with our luggage from lobby attendants on arrival and I was traveling with an infant. I would never return and would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff didn’t help with fixing tv or moving us to a different room. Terrible all around!!!"
