The fees, comparable with other hotels of our caliber on the island, are outlined on your reservation when booking your stay with us via our website: VAT (Value Added Tax - 10% is paid to the Bahamian Government), CBRA VAT, and Levy (Cable Beach Resort - 4% paid to their association), NPIB VAT, and Levy (Nassau/Paradise Island – 6% paid to their board), Daily Resort Fee (flat rate of 68.00 plus tax, per night – includes water sport activities, use of the gym, and admission to Baha Bay waterpark), and 15% Service Fee (which is distributed to our team members for their service – additional gratuities are optional). About moving around the different hotels, here's the deal: the Grand Hyatt is huge, with 1800 rooms, while SLS and Rosewood are way smaller, each with fewer than 300 rooms.
