「The Sparks was a very nice, comfortable motel to stay in during our time in Nashville. It was near the Grand Ole Opry and several other locations we were visiting. My biggest complaint was about their breakfast, which consisted mainly of cold cereals and various breads that could be warmed in the toaster. We usually ended up getting a breakfast biscuit from McDonald's. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at The Sparks.」

「The Russell was an awesome stay. It's a very modern way of lodging - everything is text and code driven. There isn't a reception desk or bell-hop, which I found refreshing. The place is beautiful with the old church decor like stained glass and exposed rafters but with really modern rooms with every amenity you need. I found the staff (via text) to be super receptive and helpful - I had a slight issue out of the control of anyone and they handled it perfectly. I would definitely stay there...

「Staff was very kind. I was hoping to use a crib during our stay, but there wasn't one available. They were apologetic and seemed like they cared about the inconvenience. Available cribs were one of the main reason I chose this hotel. The room had quite a bit of makeup or another light brown substance smeared on the door, light switch, and clock. Aside from that, it was very clean. Throughout our 3 night stay, the plumbing made a squeaking noise everynight. It sounded similar to a squeaky...

「The staff was friendly. The daily breakfast offered a variety of options and was family friendly. The hot real was well maintained and pretty clean.」

「The floor was constantly wet and the room smelled like pee. You could hear mice or rats scratching in the ventilation. Our friends in another room had a cat in the ventilation. It would meow and respond when you called it. The front desk said it was the pipes. The pee smell was the rat infestation and it was totally inhumane to blow off the fact there was a living cat stuck in the wall and blame it on the pipes. Totally unavoidable. Zero stars!」
