「A basic breakfast but satisfactory. Room was large and clean. Awkward positioning of the second bed almost against the air con/ heater. Difficult to get around to get into bed.」

「Our room had not been cleaned for a while. The toilet was dirty, the counters in the kitchen and bathroom were dirty. Everything was dusty. And the floor had not been vacuumed, or washed for a while . We dealt with it for the first night but the next morning we mentioned it to the staff at the front desk. I had taken a kitchen towel and put water on it and wiped the floor so they could see the amount of dirt I was talking about. The towel was black. They asked for pictures and didn’t seem to...

「Although the motel is next to a very busy noisy highway, it was pretty quiet when the room door was closed. There is a wonderful coffee and breakfast spot nearby called Crick at a local cidery. We walked there (10 min) and the food and coffee were very good.」

「The maintenance of the grounds was unacceptable. The hotel is very tired for a Best Western.」
