"Hotel and staff were amazing. Disappointing that we couldn’t get into the room till after 4:30pm when we arrived 10am. They were accommodating and held our luggage while we got snacks and lunch."

"As a paying guest of the hotel, going to the beach was a process. The hotel should have designated trams for hotel guests and not make them wait in line for 20 to 30 minutes with the rest of the crowd. Also, if you rent a cabana you should be able to have food service in the cabana. Again waiting in line for 45 min to an hour to buy food when you have paid $245 for a cabana is ridiculous. "
