「Sehr gutes Frühstück」

「very pleasure stay in Bytom. however, wifi is bad at room, even lobby sometimes were not workable well. Only in front of elevator is good. Breakfast is fantastic. Garden is very pretty and enjoy sunshine there. No bus stop nearby, you must go by taxi first. From hotel to the airport is around 15min, but cost Pln65, which is higher than warsaw. Restuarant waitors are friendly」

「Never got to stay there. We found out soon after reserving that we were going to be arriving late. I contacted them immediately to let them know and continued trying for weeks to make arrangements. Never got a response. Had Expedia call and email too. They never got a response. Kept trying until the last minute. Finally had to book elsewhere because they NEVER responded to anyones attempt. Don’t book here because if you need to reach them they won’t respond.」

「For basic accommodation, this was excellent. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, the facilities were good, and there's a reasonably priced shuttle bus service to the terminal. I'll be staying again.」

「Schönes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, das tolle Frühstücksbuffet hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, Wellnessbereich (inklusive) mit Schwimmbad, trockener und Dampfsauna, Weerpool. Im Hotelrestaurant hervorragendes Essen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, waren im Hotel Diament Arsenal Palace das erste Mal und kommen wieder gerne. Vielen Dank!」

「At a convenient location. No WiFi during our stay. The card said there is a free drink. But when we ask, it is only for ibis card member. There is a bug on the bed when I get in the room.」

「The property was very clean and very secure. Having the full kitchen available was very convenient, particularly since the refrigerator was very cold, which I have discovered is relatively rare while traveling in Poland:-) the immediate area is not very walkable as far as having access to a wide variety of restaurants and shops, but Ubers and taxis are very inexpensive and we have no issues getting around.」
