「Zimmer wurde nur ein mal gereinigt. Duschkabine war defekt. Getränke wurden nicht nachgefüllt bei 39 °C.」

「very pleasure stay in Bytom. however, wifi is bad at room, even lobby sometimes were not workable well. Only in front of elevator is good. Breakfast is fantastic. Garden is very pretty and enjoy sunshine there. No bus stop nearby, you must go by taxi first. From hotel to the airport is around 15min, but cost Pln65, which is higher than warsaw. Restuarant waitors are friendly」

「Spacious and very clean room with a comfortable bed. The only downside was the air conditioning, which didn't work properly. Even when running continuously and set to the lowest temperature, it didn't cool the room effectively. It felt like it was simply circulating the air rather than actually cooling it. 「At a convenient location. No WiFi during our stay. The card said there is a free drink. But when we ask, it is only for ibis card member. There is a bug on the bed when I get in the room.」

「Never got to stay there. We found out soon after reserving that we were going to be arriving late. I contacted them immediately to let them know and continued trying for weeks to make arrangements. Never got a response. Had Expedia call and email too. They never got a response. Kept trying until the last minute. Finally had to book elsewhere because they NEVER responded to anyones attempt. Don’t book here because if you need to reach them they won’t respond.」

「As far as i know, the standard room only equipped with shower. There is no tub for standard/basic rooms, which might be different from the description on hotels.com」

「The property was very clean and very secure. Having the full kitchen available was very convenient, particularly since the refrigerator was very cold, which I have discovered is relatively rare while traveling in Poland:-) the immediate area is not very walkable as far as having access to a wide variety of restaurants and shops, but Ubers and taxis are very inexpensive and we have no issues getting around.」
