Amazing experience

Following a “particular” experience one month ago, this time we had an upgrade to bigger room with a fantastic view at 24h floor. Really appreciated. The bar at 27th floor is a wonderful experience. Thanks lot, we will for sure come back.

Fantastic Gym

Hotel was clean and tidy. Access to a brilliant gym was my highlight with a huge selection of cardio equipment and weights. There is only 2 lifts in the hotel which in the morning proved tricky for a latge hotel

The restaurant was really good the food excellent I was dissapoined to find only when i could not get a taxi this morning and was worried about getting to the airport that i learnt tgey offered this service. The girl on reception was helpful in booking this the the car service was brilliant and cheaper than a taxi

Awesome hotel. Great room. But partner gym was a horrible experience. Picture og gym was amazing and a reason why we did choose this hotel, but it was like a workout inside a public toilet.

Good hotel but no lunch available

Good hotel in the city centre. Room spacious and clean. The only issue I asked to the reception to have lunch with few clients in the restaurant at 27th but it seems is closed for lunch, it’s unacceptable for 5* hotel.

Arrived at ten and restaurant was closed. For such a large hotel, it is a shame that they could not even offer a light bite. So had to have a pack of pringles from the hotel shop.

Modern hotel

Modern and nice hotel in city centre, 10min walking front train station. Check in very slow. Pillow choice to improve. TV with few international channels. Parking to be paid for the whole day even if you stay for couple of hours.

Rooms were lovely, was a little disappointed in the offering at the restaurant, very little food to choose from no local dishes, no bar snacks available. Some of the staff were really quite rude, especially after checkout when you’re still utilising hotel reception facilities. Great value for money overall, though the exception of the breakfast, it’s okay if you want to eat everything for a pastry and a coffee £20 each is a little extreme

I’m used to stay in this hotel during my trip to Katowice but this time I was really upset. I booked a king size bed room but I found at my arrival 2 single beds room, asking explanation the reception replied me hotel was fully booked and not available king size bed. I paid for a king size bed ! I expected to be upgrade following this inconvenience but I should sleep in a single bed, really horrible. I’m not sure I’ll come back again

Poor management

The hotel is in a good location with amazing views. Unfortunately, I had an accident due to poor locker design - assistance was poorly and disorganized. I had to wait 1 hour for help to get a wound dressing kit, as they could not find it... No apologies, no sympathy. Just pay up and leave. Left a bitter aftertaste...
