Für uns war es ok

Der Aufenthalt war nur zum schlafen, Bett war sehr hart. Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral, Lage super. Waren zum 2 x da. Aufenthalt ist für den Zustand zu teuer, haben uns umgeguckt gibt es viel billiger in der Nähe. Es war ok für uns. Waren 3 Nächte da. Das Zimmer war sehr warm.

Ist eine gute Unterkunft. Allerdings fehlte in unserem Zimmer ein Abdunkelungsvorhang (mit kleinen Kindern wirklich doof) und die Duscharmatur war nur mit einer Schraube zu betätigen. Sowas muss nicht sein.

One night Stay - Everything fine

Stayed one night, everything was good. There is a parking place behing the hotel. For me that was important as I came by car. Between 5-10 lots. Free of charge. In the middle of the town centre, so plenty of shopping possibilities in walking distance and restaurants around

Besser als erwartet

Insgesamt super Service, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, leider war der knopf fur die Dusche kaputt und man musste doch ganz schön festhalten bzw. drehen war ganz schwer. Ich habe mir ganz schön weh getan, sonst alles andere war mehr als perfekt. Vielen Herzlichen Dank an das Team

Das Hotel bemüht sich sehr ihre Gäste zufriedenzustellen. Die Atmosphäre ist super! Sehr schönes und umfangreiches Frühstück. Leider waren wir während der Pandemie dort so dass wir wirklich die einzigsten Gäste waren. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem alten jedoch modernisierten im Gebäude. Die Lage ist top, mitten im Zentrum. Leider gibt es in dem Hotel kein Zimmer mit einem doppelten Ehe Bett. Man kann jedoch die zwei einzelnen Betten zusammenstellen.

Zwar machte das Hotel insgesamt einen guten Eindruck allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit, der Service und die Ausstattung sehr zu wünschen übrig. Im Bad keine Steckdosen und im Zimmer keine Spiegel. Also wie soll man sich Frisieren???

Leider nicht so toll

Leider war der Aufenthalt nicht ganz so bequem wie gedacht. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, auch nicht auf Anfrage (beim Buchen ist diese Option jedoch aufgelistet), beim duschen wurde das Wasser immer wieder eiskalt, oder verschwand für ein paar Sekunden. Kein Fön im Badezimmer. Auch die Leselampe drehte sich ein paar Mal von alleine ab. Frühstück sehr eintönig, das Service total unaufmerksam, es wurden keine Frühstücksoptionen vorgestellt, erst beim Nachfragen wurden Extras serviert. Alles in allem nicht so toll wie gedacht - leider

Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage

Ich steige seit der Eröffnung in 2016 immer wieder mal ein paar Nächte im Hotel Opera ab und kann es für Business und Urlaub nur empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Ausstattung ist etwas einfacher (keine Minibar) aber sauber und gut funktionierend (TV, WLAN i.O.). Die Lage ist phantastisch, nur wenige Schritte vom zentralen Marktplatz entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation auch in englisch möglich. Es gibt ein reichhaltiges Frühstück mit typisch polnischen Speisen. Wenn es mal ein Problem gibt, wird freundlich und umgehend geholfen. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Hier kann man auch zu jeder Zeit einige Getränke zu moderaten Preisen kaufen. Ich persönlich finde diese Lösung viel angenehmer als die überteuerten Minibars.

We weren't expecting much from this hotel because, for us, the town wasn't that easy to get to with us having to negotiate the Polish railway network and the language issues. The Hotel Opera was an oasis at the end of our journey. A lovely hotel in a lovely town with a beautiful main square. Thank you.

中央広場に近い便利ホテル

駅から徒歩約20分と遠いが、町の中心部である市場広場Rynekから3，4分の距離で、観光、飲食には非常に便利。シングルベッドを2つ並べた部屋は広く、天井も高い。下はフローリング。ただふとんは厚く、暑さのため朝方目が覚めた。朝食は惣菜屋で見るようなジェリー化した品もあり、全体に凝ったものが多い。頼めば、卵料理を作ってくれるが、私は気づくのが遅れ、注文し損ねた。従業員も非常に親切で、私のために世界遺産の銀山跡への行き方をわざわざ調べてくれた。その道順は非常に役に立った。
