"My room was disgusting! The room smelled like mold and mildrew as soon as you walk in! It had my chest and my chold's chest hurting really bad. Opened up the side of the air purifier to find mold. There was mold all in the shower. Including around all the shower curtain rings and behind the toilet. There was dark stains all over the covers. We slept with the window open, fully clothed, on top of the covers. We only stayed because it was only for a few hours before we left for the airport. "

"This is a very convenient hotel as it is just a few metres walk from the train station and right next to a huge mall. It has 24/7 access to a small store that is integrated into it. As it's about 50 minutes outside of Tokyo, the rooms are much bigger than you would get in Tokyo. The staff are super helpful and most can speak English or use an interpreter device. The hotel looks like it hasn't been built very long and this is reflected in the new look and feel of the facilities. there is a laundry room with 4 coin-operated washer dryers which is useful. Each bedroom is equipped with a kettle, large TV, fridge, dehumidifier, bath/shower and hairdryer. The rooms don't have a safe, which was disappointing, but there are lockers available near the reception."

"Perfect location for budget stay in Tokyo: next to train station and Lawson convenience store. Two stops from Disneyland Resort. Clean, quiet, nice staff. "

"Minn Kasai provided a nice quiet stay away from the business of the main areas. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were smaller than the pictures showed, but it wasn't too cramped. 3 of us fit comfortably in the family room, but any more and it would have felt cramped. "

"I picked this property for the price and shuttle to Disneyland. The check-in was super easy and the front desk was nice and welcoming. I felt welcomed. The room was clean, beds were oh so comfortable. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms so that was convenient. Fresh towels and toiletries provided daily and the beds were made daily. There is a shuttle to Disneyland and Disney Sea. There is a shuttle just a few minutes walk away to Haneda Airport but you have to make a reservation. There is a 24 hr Lawsons connected to the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I recommend staying at this hotel. "

"Not really. If you wanted to cook you'd need to get cooking utensils etc., however, there are so many shops, restaurants and takeaways immediately outside there is no need to cook."
