"We checked in during our recent stay with two children under the age of 5 for a 2 week stay at Tokyo/Disney. We could not have had a more relaxful stay. Everything we could have needed or wanted was easily available. Staff were courteous, responsive, and predicted all our needs. The property was meticulous. We enjoyed our access to the executive lounge where a full spread of breakfast was available every morning and cocktail hour with an appetizer spread of food and drinks were available every evening. The food was delicious and accommodated our dietary needs. We would highly recommend the Hilton to all our friends and family and we will back for sure!!! We LOVED our stay! Thank you for a memorable trip to Disneyland and DisneySea at Tokyo."

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the welcome station is a nice touch where kids can overload on candy, make their own cotton candy or pancakes. There’s a vending machine on the lobby floor that sells slushies and is right beside this neat little machine that can make a tourist coin. I liked the convenience of the Lawsons being inside, after a long day on your feet sometimes it’s just easier to take a meal to go to your room. So many small touches that just make the stay feel a little more like a luxury. Would recommend to friends and family. Be sure to catch the free shuttle to Disneyland."

"The staff were so helpful, thoughtful and kind. We had done multiple day reservations and as part of a group of 8 and everything was handled smoothly. Rooms were very clean and quiet, conveniently located to restaurants and train stations (Tozai line). The laundry room was awesome. Coin operated, clean, spacious wait area, and ironing supplies. Next to vending and ice machines. We will be back."
