"Great location, right in the middle of busy Shinjuku with an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel is beautiful with a good range of amenities in the room e.g. toiletries, slippers, pyjamas. The rooms are extremely small so we had to upgrade to fit 2 pieces of luggage in!"

"I loved the fact that there was 24-hour in-house convenience store inside the hotel, free shuttle to Maihama station and disney resorts! Staff are helpful but not all of them. Overall it was a good experience!"

"Staff was amazing and spoke English which helped with any questions about transportation around the city or how to get to places around the city. The bakery at the entrance has delicious pastries and the hotel is 20 minutes walking from the main station that will get you anywhere in Tokyo with its expansive train system."
