I’m not sure why this property was rated so high. Based off reviews, I expected more. The First Gentlemen we encountered to leave luggage before check in was rude. Most of the staff after was friendly. Hotel seems to be dated compared to what we’d stayed in during our other nights on our trip. Location is close to train station and some dining options.

When we booked this hotel we were looking for a hotel with a pool as we new the weather was going to be very hot. We asked on arrival where the pool was only to be informed it was no longer in use.
