"Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location, price, and proximity to Tokyo Disney are unbeatable. The room was cleaned by staff to excellent condition but the window of our room was poorly maintained. There was mold growing under the window sealant. The sealant should be replaced. The sealant was also broken in some areas, leading to moisture buildup into the room. My wife was feeling sick every morning because of the musty condition. The moisture issue needs to be fixed."

"I've stayed in this property twice and have had an excellent time each time. My trip in 2026 was a solo trip and I booked 3 separate and consecutive reservations due to changing plans and I did not want to lose my main stay dates. The staff was helpful when I arrived past midnight and offered to combine them into one room. The process was fast and smooth. They also kept my luggage that was shipped there safe. My single room had a double bed and even though it was small, it was a bit bigger than some hotel rooms I've had in Tokyo and had enough space to open my carry on and check in bags. The hotel is also a 5 min walk to the station. Would recommend for anyone who wants to stay for an event at Makuhari Messe "

"Got a non-smoking room on a smoking-floor. Strong smoke smell. This was our 2nd stay at this property, mainly, because of it's close proximity to the train station which we find great for train connections."

"Very kind and respectful staff members(For English speakers, their English is pretty good especially the man who seamed to be the lead staff member). Even though you’re farther away from Tokyo(City) the location is quite literally connected to a subway line that goes directly there and a shopping mall with multiple sections. Hotel room was clean and for laundry you can use an app to use, it also already adds detergent for you which is great. "

"Everything as described. Comfortable apartment, close to station and very clean. For Tokyo this is a big space, has a washing machine and utensils for cooking. Communication with the owner was clear. Its a tranquil neighborhood and good if you dont have to conmute to central tokyo on a rush and want to experience a more authentic japanese way of living. "
