"The room was the standard Japanese shoebox, but the beds were comfy, the amenities were there, and the price was great. Hotel was clean, VERY conveniently located next to a station, and the breakfast was very tasty, with a decent mix of Japanese and western foods. You can judge a hotels clientele by whether they have natto in the breakfast spread or not. Obviously most people will be staying here if they are going to the Disney resort, just keep in mind there is literally nowhere to put your luggage in your room. We have a double twin room and we barely had anywhere to put our backpacks. lol but all in all, great hotel! Also there is a Lawsons basically in the lobby"

"We had a wonderful experience at the Livemax in Ayase! The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. I had a chance to speak in English and practice Japanese! What an awesome experience! This hotel is close to shopping and close to the train station. "

The room was small but adequate, given we were out all day, and the bathroom had everything we needed, including a western-style stand-up shower. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the railway station and shops, and was overall very good value."
