The hotel was right next to a train station which was very convenient! Staff were kind and very helpful. They helped with luggage delivery!!

The property was what youbexpect from a business hotel, clean but basic very close to public transports and concenience stores. The area around the hotel is quiet but there are options for shopping and dining. The hotel staff were always happy and friendly and always willing to help if you had questions. And the breaskfast had a large selection of very tasty local food whoch i found very enjoyable

Unlike some of the hotels I stayed in, this hotel puts a mattress topper on the bed. Also they have sliding shutters on the window so you can block out the light for a Nanna nap. Also great location for trains to Tokyo or Shibuya - plus food and shopping.

Great customer service, simple hotel but has everything I needed. Only negative side was that the tile in the room had some cracks. It would be nicer with a carpet there.But again, I enjoyed my stay overall.

I like everything at the hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly, the cleaning staff does great work, the hotel is very convenient with the washer, the amenities, Jonathan's, near Shinkoiwa station, great restaurants and shopping around. It's a great hotel, and a wonderful place to stay. I was very happy staying there, and hope to stay there again! Thanks for a great time there! Tom Webb in Hawaii.

Great location 2 min from station. Great price! Roughly 1000cad for 7 nights!! 20 min metro to Akihabara! Used their luggage storage free of charge, small room but honestly great for the price compared to other hotels in Tokyo, I’m only here to sleep, the main attraction is exploring!! This was the first time for our group of four going to Japan. We each had our own room and while they were nothing flashy they had everything you’d need. The hotel staff was very friendly, made us feel comfortable and even helped us ship our luggage to the next hotel. The location is very convenient being just a few minutes away from the train station, konbinis and good restaurants. Shin-koiwa is a nice place away from the big city, while still having everything you need within walking distance.

This hotel is located right near Shin-koiwa station. Easy walk. At this station you can take the rapid line straight into Tokyo central or the local line to Shinjuku and Shibuya. Lumiere shopping mall is nearby. There's about 50 eateries within 10 minutes walk. Rooms are small and compact but if you're out all day it won't matter.

I stayed in a smoking room for 12 days and I did not know until I checked my booking. They make sure the scent of smoke was not lingering and it was not noticeable at all during my stay. They consider your health as long as you tell them. Would stay here again next year

Very respectful staff, and very helping, there's a restaurant that is annexed to the hotel and the food is very delicious and cost friendly. The train station is only a 1min walk away with convinience stores on the opposite side of the street, very convient location and easy to travel to, would definitely stay there again.

The location was great. Shopping, restaurants, train station all within a block or less. The hotel was clean and comfy. Free breakfast at the attached restaurant Jonathons was so clutch and good. Price was fantastick. The only downside was that the economy room is very compact. If youre tall or overweight consider getting a room that costs a little more with more square footage.
