"Birthday gift. Hotel is good and very comfortable. Small issues but overall we had a great weekend. Reception desk computer covers half the desk when you sit down. Bar area good be better but the lounge space is very comfortable. Light dimmers would be nice in the evening though. I found check-in quite basic, we were on DBB, we were asked what time we’d like Dinner, we had to ask what times were available…6.15,6.30,6.45 or 8.45, we opted for 6.45. "We were made to feel welcome on arrival by Connor. The food served at breakfast and in the bar was very good as was the service. The room we stayed in was comfortable and the shower was great. A perfect place to stay to explore Nairn."
