I like it close to the train station, clean, neat and all necessities are available, staff are good in communication using English as we cant speak Japanese. I will come again next time if I go to Nagoya again.

I made an error in booking the room and didn’t realize after I had checked in. I went back downstairs to see if they could help however I was greeted with rudeness and was offered no help except an extra blanket. I understand it may be difficult to adjust reservations after the fact but to show no care or want to help a guest is disappointing

シングルルームは広くないなりに動線が無駄なく設計されています。お風呂も普通の家のようなユニットバスなのでホテル特有の窮屈さはなかったです。春節で混雑していたからか、受付の対応で思う部分はちょっとありました。

Too small for family of 3
The room size is very small for 3 persons. No space for luggages and sitting area when the sofa bed is open for the third bed. Would not recommend for family of more than 2

The hotel is typically Japanese. The service is excellent the rooms and facilities are clean. There are numerous amenities. The hotel rate is reasonable and there is no tipping. Most of the U.S. hotels could learn much from Japan.

There’s no central A/C in this building so they ask that you just open the window vent in your room. This doesn’t help when it’s still nearly 80 degrees at night. Also, all the coin machines to get coins for the laundry room were broken.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning. We also rent out electric fans. That machine is not a coin machine. Currency exchange is only available at the front desk.

Amazing stay
Amazing stay. Relatively near to Nagoya station. A convenient shop just next to the hotel. Although the room is very small (As expected), but the toilet is amazing, they have a small separate section for the bath area which is good. We booked a high floor room and the view is totally worth the extra money.

It’s quite new and well-maintained. As Japan is known for small space with hotel room, this hotel is quite well designed with the limited space given, and do not feel claustrophobic at all. And it has a Lawson next to the hotel, very convenient!

Great hotel, but too hot and no A/C
Hotel location is great, close to the station, spacious and comfortable but the temperature was uncomfortably hot and there was no way to turn on the air after 6 pm.
