"Very clean and staff were great about cleaning room as soon as we left with dog each day. I do think charging $30 to check in 2 hours early was a bit ridiculous. If the rooms are clean and ready, why not check guests in and reduce back log at posted time??"

"Breakfast was great, and it included eggs, bacon, assorted toasts and muffins, cereals, coffee, juices, and hot chocolate. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The gym was small with some equipment, but if you just need the basics, it's perfect. Would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"Overall, it was a great stay. However, the staff did not see my note requesting to be close to the front lobby because I was traveling with an elderly parent. I would suggest calling the hotel if you have a request. The breakfast was very good. "

"We were in the same building as the pool, so there was a smell of chlorine in our room. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear a neighboring room. Other than the smell, the room was clean, the staff was excellent and helpful. "

"Not worth the money "

"I was very surprised at the upkeep off the property and room, it was poor condition. Furniture of the room was not appealing at all, heavily damaged tables, the condition of the bathroom tub was horrible and looked dirty, I barely wanted to shower. There was hair that did not even belong to me on the floor when we got into our room on the bathroom floor, very discouraging to make myself comfortable in the room. I was very upset and disappointed as this was suppose to be a Hyatt hotel. I was shocked at the condition of the rooms. "

"The room worked but, there were some little things that could make it better. The sheer curtain against the sliding glass door had mold on the bottom, one of the beds had a sheet with a cigarette hole in it, had to watch the toilet because it would run through sometimes and, there was a small water leak around it in the back, also, the bathroom could use additional lighting. The most concerning part of the trip was the fire alarm was pulled during the night and, the alarm was not activated in our room. Luckily I hadnt fallen asleep yet and, recognized it as a fire alarm vs another guest's alarm on their phone. Parking lot was a good size, location was good and, the employees we encountered were friendly. The fire alarm incident has made my children say they never want to stay at another howard johnsons ever again."
