「It's obvious a general top surface clean is done in between reservations but that's it. The place is not clean. Definitely should strive for a cleaner environment. The main problem was the air conditioner wasn't working. We tried not to complain, opened windows, even went and got a fan. By 10ish pm I reached out to the phone number listed online. By 3 am I had called 4 times, left messages and got nothing in response from this property until someone came abruptly banging on our door at 930am to...
