「Clean rooms.」

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

For me, the best part was that it smelled SO CLEAN AND FRESH when we walked in, which is hard to find in this area.
