「Girlfriend and I were very impressed with our stay here. We stayed right before Valentine's Day weekend so the rate was rather spendy but it was well worth it. Our place was spotless clean, very comfortable bed, great shower and they had the room exceedingly well stocked with towels, washcloths and more than enough beach towels. Beach was a short walk away and very nice, pools were excellent. In a nice area too with places to eat right up the road. Was very pleased with our stay here.」

The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「If you like peace and quiet and just hanging out on the beach, you’ll love it. If you want shopping and dining you’ll have to drive about 15-20 minutes away. Great place for sea shells and shark teeth. 」

「Front desk was extremely helpful and courteous on a daily basis. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Only two minutes from the main town where all the restaurants are. We are provided beach chairs, a mini cooler, and a wagon to take to the beach, which was only two minute walk away. I would highly recommend staying at the villas! 」

Still waiting for reimbursement of $350 extra insurance they required. I’ve never had to provide a copy of the insurance before. Also lied about the need for an Ez pass @ $10.99/ day. Claimed we couldn’t pay at the toll booth. Not true. Took photos to prove. They are not returning my calls. Several travelers...
