「The room was great, comfortable, super clean. The bathroom shower was the BEST feature of the room. Cooler, beach chairs and towels available in the room. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants & shops. The Tiki restaurant food was yummy and the staff very helpful. The pool was the least of our preference.」

「The hotel is great and the location is even better. The beach is just a few steps from the rooms and the water was amazing. The beach chairs are free but the umbrellas (which you will need under Florida sun) you have to pay for. The service and staff are great. Joe in the valet was world class. Made us feel like family. The pizza at the restaurant is also one of the best I've ever had! Overall great experience. The up charge for umbrellas is kinda weird and the room smelled a bit funny...

「Such a cute and relaxing place!! you definitely feel like you're on vacation. loved the music playing throughout the resort and the ambiance. the room was clean and had everything that we needed. the little porch with the sitting area was a nice plus. we went on a holiday weekend and still did not feel it was too busy. short drive to the beach with free parking. Will definitely be coming back!」

「There is no actual front office. When you get there, you have to call someone, and then text you the registration form. It is very fast, however, we were stuck in a lightening storm outside, as it started lightening while on the phone. Do not be fooled by the word “studio”. It is just a bedroom, does not even have a couch or a single chair, which can be a very exhausting experience for travelers. The A/C in our room was blowing directly on to the bed. We both woke up with sinus aggression....

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「A beautiful property walking distance to the beach, village shops, restraunts and bars. Room was clean and everything you need for a beach day is supplied by the facility.」

「Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.」
