「Had to wait a bit to check in as the person on duty was elsewhere on the property. Signs say it’s a non smoking facility yet when we got to our room it reeked of cigarette smoke. Our room was quickly switched and the employee immediately went to the first room with what looked to be an ozonizer to rectify the problem.
