「入住的非常好，前台工作人员非常友善，也非常热情，整个酒店的工作人员都非常的专业，很热情，房间清洁也很到位，设施不算很新，但也都能用维护的都很好，吹风机的风也很大，我是全家带小孩入住，非常推荐这个酒店，早餐花样不多，但该有的全部都有很齐全大家也都非常热情，我很喜欢这个酒店，如果下次再来，我还会选择入住这里」

「My wife and I stayed at this Hampton Inn by Hilton over the weekend of the 4th of July. I was impressed with such a great customer service by every employee at this Hotel. The front desk staff, to the Breakfast lady and the cleaning personnel all made us feel special. The breafast has so many variety and plenty of food. I will definitely be back to this Hotel and I have already told many of my friends and family that this place is amazing.」

「This is a very well maintained hotel. I have absolutely no complaints. The common areas of the hotel, the room and the pool were above my expectations. I chose this hotel because of the reviews and it did not disappoint. One thing that I was extremely impressed with was that the gentleman who checked us in was very polite and helpful. He is an asset to the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.」

「I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would...

「This property didn't have enough parking to accommodate the guests. That's awful. The was no signage on the front entrance. No awning to unload your luggage in case it's raining, in Florida it rains a lot. Customer service puts you on hold for a long time. Bad.」

「Check in and out was a breeze. Our room was ready an hour early, The staff was courteous and friendly. We were there on the 4th, so the place was packed. Still not long waits for food and drinks. Our room faced the bay. We could see the fireworks from our room and they were spectacular. We stayed at the villa suites, strongly recommend. We have had several family members stay here and they all rave about it.」
