I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, and unfortunately, this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. The hotel was conveniently located close to the hospital, which was essential for our visit. However, that proximity did not make up for the unwelcoming and downright rude behavior of the evening front desk staff.
Checking in should be a smooth and courteous process, especially after a long day. Instead, we were met with the most unpleasant interaction I’ve ever had with hotel personnel. Front desk staff training should be reevaluated.
