「We arrived late at night after a long journey. Despite having submitted all required information and paid the deposit in advance, check-in was confusing, and supervisors were completely unaware of our payment. Communication was disorganized throughout most of our stay, and we struggled to reach the right contact. It only improved toward the end, once we finally connected with our main contact. 「Room was decent for the price. Questionable bathroom but very solid(lil mold). When I left the hotel I lokey thought I woke up in fallujah but decent Chinese dumplings across the street. Overall great experience. 5 stars. 」

「too noisy.and was requested some towers/bath rugs due to its flooding everywhere after we took shower. but the worker told us no way to get those and its hard to communicate with them in English as well. it's pretty hard to find the parking, the signage did not show very clearly. very bad experience. 」
