"Everything about this hotel exude class. From the friendly staff to the amenities in and outside of the property. As mentioned, the staff was amazing but there was one person who made our vacation extra-ordinary, this was HOA from guest relations. From the minute we checked-in and checked out of the hotel, Hoa went above and beyond to help us experience DaNang from a different lense. Take it from us, we have travelled to different areas of the globe, at different 5-star hotels, M Hotel can be compared the Ritz, Intercontinnental, Four Seasons, etc."

"The Haian was amazing - totally checked all the boxes. The room was well appointed & clean - we had an ocean view room with 2 twin beds. We were literally across the street from the beach. The beds were very comfortable & although the hotel mentioned there may be construction noise next door, we didn’t hear it. The inclusive breakfast was outstanding - so many selections from hot foods, made to order noodles, egg station, array of fruit like dragonfruit, guava, etc. and western dishes too. We had a wonderful meal of the northern style combo dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was so reasonable & delicious. The rooftop pool isn’t heated so it was too cold for me to swim in December but other people did take a dip. The pool guy Cuong was so nice & set out pool chairs, towels, drinks, etc. Wow, we felt so taken care of! We had wonderful service at the spa too. Prices are super reasonable & ask for a discount. "

"I recently stayed at Cicilia Hotel & Spa in Da Nang and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get to everything—the beach, food, laundry, spa services, and groceries are all within walking distance. The staff work very hard and are incredibly attentive. I especially noticed how quickly and efficiently they cleaned up after breakfast each morning. The hotel is very clean overall, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would happily stay at Cicilia Hotel & Spa again. Highly recommended!"
