"I was honestly disappointed with this hotel. Despite having “Luxury” in the name, there is nothing about this place that feels luxurious. First, the hallway lighting is motion-sensor based, meaning it only turns on when you walk through. I understand this may be for saving electricity, but it creates a very dark and uncomfortable atmosphere—it honestly felt a bit creepy. We booked a room for four people with two beds, but the basic amenities were not sufficient. There were not enough towels or even toilet paper provided, and I had to use my own supplies, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. On top of that, they only gave us one room key for four people, which was very inconvenient—especially when people are coming and going at different times. There was also no staff available when we needed help with our luggage, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, the name of this hotel does not match the level of service or amenities provided. Definitely not what I would consider a “luxury” experience. "

"What a wonderful hotel, it starts with a welcome drink on arrival with the bell boy seeing to your luggage. The room is very big with a balcony with lovely smelling shower gels, cleaned daily and restocked. The bar is in a lovely setting and breakfast is also varied and beautiful. Also, the hotel staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile and a hello and can’t do enough for you. The hotel is in a fantastic position about a 30 minute walk to dragon bridge and a 19 minute walk to the beach. "

Would definitely stay again. The room pictured is what you get. Awesome hotel and value for money. Would not hesitate to book again. And for the ladies, the water pressure is great. "
