I have stayed in hundreds of hotels during my life, but never had such great service from EVERY member of staff. Nothing was too much trouble. If I could give six stars to the staff, I would. There is a culture of excellence here.

The location is great and the staff is very attentive however it needs a good clean and update. The lobby couches have staines and walls everywhere have stains. But, the staff was helpful, again, location wonderful and Ac or air conditioning was great.

The hotel is in a good location in which you can walk to many things. Beach is directly across the street. It does get loud at night with the night club music, but it doesn’t go all night long. The shower/ tub setup is a little inconvenient as the shower head is directly over the faucet which makes it difficult to take a shower in the tub.

The staff was exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The view of the beach of beautiful. The location right by the pedestrian district was so convenient.

Excellent time with so friendly staff

It has been such a time i have spent such good time in one hotel . All the staff very friendly like mr Hui nhien at the restaurant . Nice room great breakfast , pleasant swiming pool . Just for improvements issues , consttuctive not polemical, the swimming pool needs one shower and the gym is too limited in equipment

Right on the beach! Across the street there are tons of bars and restaurants. My room had a balcony on the 12th floor overlooking the beach and the ocean - amazing! And the bathroom has a tub and it’s huge! Loved it! Would stay there again! :)

The Yarra is well located and the views are sensational. The Lobby Staff are friendly and helpful. The Dining Room Staff are not as friendly or welcoming. A smile and a "good morning" would be a welcome improvement. The breakfast selection was ok but not as good as we have had elsewhere in Vietnam. The hotel was good value for money despite the not so friendly dining room staff and the average breakfast.

Property clean and generally well maintained. However, property is located on main road so trying to sleep can be challenging. Also there is a night club near by which can add to the noise level. The staff are excellent and attentive. Room is spacious. Would recommend to stay here but remember to bring ear plugs.

The staff and service at the hotel is perfect, everyone was really friendly and helpful for anything we needed or had questions about. We arrived immediately prior to a typhoon and despite the huge amount of preparation the staff were carrying out, they made sure we were checked in and settled into our rooms really efficiently and answered all questions we had about the potential impact and any changes to services within and without the hotel. The room was a great size and the facilities were as described-spa service was great, breakfast buffet had a wide array of food all good quality, and gym had a good mix of equipment for the size. The location is awesome- literally the beach is on your doorstep out the front, and the view with a beach room is fantastic to wake up to and relax by. Behind the hotel are 3-4 small arcade style streets with cafes, spas, bars and restaurants, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that the property is now getting tired: the room was lovely, but showering felt cramped despite the overall bathroom size wouldn't work for people taller. The hallways are a bit dim and the pool areafeels like it has seen better days though the pool itself is great and the view magnificent. Overall we had a great stay and would absolutely recommend but it would be 5 stars with some extra love
