「This hotel is located in a beautiful historic building just a few blocks from the Zocolo. It has a charming sitting areas and a wonderful rooftop restaurant where they will make you fresh table side salsa. Our room was large, very clean and very well maintained. The best part of our stay was due to the staff. All very friendly, warm and caring. Highest recommendation. 」

「The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed. My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. 」

「The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide good English service. Room service is thoughtful and change clean sheets everyday unlike in the US!!! It's a little inconvenient if you arrive late because the entrance to the lobby needs keycard to open, I arrived late and I couldn't get in and was lost for a while.」
