「Très bel hôtel situé au centre historique de la ville de Guadalajara, chambre propre et suffisamment équipée (séjour de 2 nuitées pour 2 personnes, chambre lits doubles). Le personnel est accueillant et de bons conseils. Bon buffet sur place pour le petit déjeuner (pas testé le restaurant). Un très bon choix pour une visite de la ville. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine ni de la salle de sport mais les deux ont l’air très agréables.」

「My partner and I were stuck in Guadalajara during the security incident on Feb 22. The staff were absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to keep us well-fed and safe when the city was shut down. I am truly grateful for the kindness they showed. Prior to the incident, we really enjoyed all of the cafes in the neighbourhood. The hotel is in an excellent location.」

「Our only concern, the lock on our door would not lock. Maintenence was responsible for fixing it and upon our return to our room after a few hours later, we discovered our hotel door was not fixed and our rom unattended. We had to change rooms. 」

「Room was as expected, bed was like double size USA mattress, staff very helpful carrying my heavy bags up 2 floors. Room did not have faciel tissue but there was abundant toilet paper. Perhaps face tissues not expected in mexico? AC worked great, took me a bit to locate the AC remote on wall near door. Was not aware is walk up only, they should specify in choosing room, no elevators in this property. Praise God He has healed my body and I successfully navigated the stairs carrying my ancient...
