Shower door was missing, we notified but nothing done, water was all over the floor as we took showers, trash from prior guest was still in the kitchen trash can. Bathroom need it to be clean.

I had a very disappointing stay at Morada Living. I did not receive the check-in instructions or the entry code in advance. I had to WhatsApp someone to gain access, and the whole process was not smooth or straightforward. The flat itself was extremely dirty. There was hair everywhere, behind the door, on the toilet, and in the shower. The sheets and towels were dirty, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, there was no soap available, despite this being specified in the Expedia listing. There was also only one roll of toilet paper provided, and no extra could be found anywhere in the flat. Overall, the lack of communication and the poor level of cleanliness made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed.

Diseño moderno y excelente ubicación en la Colonia Moderna, muy cerca de la Colonia Americana y el Centro. El edificio es nuevo, seguro (vigilancia 24/7) y el departamento es amplio y cómodo para trabajar o descansar. Sin embargo, la experiencia se siente incompleta por la falta de amenidades básicas: no hay jabón, shampoo, cafetera, plancha ni secadora, lo cual obliga al huésped a ir preparado. Además, las cortinas no bloquean del todo la luz. Es un lugar estético y céntrico, pero le falta ese toque de hospitalidad esencial.
