The location was incredibly convenient with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions, which made getting around so simple. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return again. Highly recommend! 🇯🇵"

"Well located across from the Met Bldg and a bit quieter than other areas of Shinjuku. Lots of good cafes n basement as well as nearby and a short walk from Shinjuku station. We did the breakfast included option and it was excellent. "

"It’s excellent that the infinity pool charges a small fee because this way the pool is not super crowded."

"Comfy beds, and easy walk to Shinjuku Station to access all trains. Great bathroom setup. Easy luggage storage option. Pro-tip: have a Japanese craft gin in the lobby while doing a load of laundry mid trip! Difficult to find coming from station on arrival, but the neighborhood is super easy to navigate after you’re settled. It would likely be our home base on a future trip."

"The room was clean and as described. Walkable to train station with easy access to everywhere. In room washing machine with laundry detergent provided. This is an unmanned apartment-hotel and instructions for check-in were sent 2 days before arrival which were clear and simple to follow. Overall, a great value! Would stay again"

"My second time staying here. 8 nights, breakfast is good, though after 8am it takes a bit of time to restock various dishes. Better earlier. Their laundry machines are good and price is reasonable. Dryer works pretty good. I figured out they have a back entrance that's closer to the station, rather than walking around to the main one. "

"This hotel was very close to the Yoga train station and convenient to where we needed to be. Room was fully furnished esp with washer/dryer. Although no restaurants in the hotel, there was family mart and restaurants close by to get food. "
