"Very convent location and upgraded rooms made it feel modern. We felt somewhat uncomfortable that so many staff greeted us every time we were in the foyer. Even pressing the lift bottom for us but on the other hand they were very helpful. Convenient store was within the hotel building. "

"Room was clean but small. A semi double is definitely only (just!) big enough for one person. Hotel is very large and has good amenities. Breakfast is extremely good with lots to choose from. It can be busy, but the line moves quickly. It takes about 10 minutes to walk briskly to Shinjuku station. The airport shuttle bus stops at the hotel, which is very convenient. "

"Great location. Rooms are smaller which is typical in Asia, but nicely appointed. The lounge/bar is modern and interesting cocktails, but it closes too early. The staff enter the room to delivery fresh towels even if you’re in the room which felt strange. The staff are very respectful and friendly. I recommend the hotel and would stay again. "

"The room looks like a living room of a normal appartment, I felt it very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very nice, I enjoyed various vegitables from a local famous farmer. The staff are very kind and friendly, and they are always ready to answer the custimers' questions."
