「The room was dirty, the shower was full of mould so we couldn’t a shower before we left. The toilet seat was broken so it was repaired with black tape. The air conditioning sounded like a washing machine so no sleep. Scared to turn bathroom lights of fearing electrocution and a few more things that scared us. I have photos if required, In over 60 years of stays this one was the worst. We stayed in room 1. 」

「As we have hot air balloon appointment and meet up at 5:00am morning time, So that select this hotel to stay and the meet up point at hotel restaurant. Everything are good condition. We had the dinner at hotel and very yummy and reasonable price. We have 5 peoples to stay. Except 1 thing that allocate the disable room for our family. So that the toilet can't make wet & dry seperate. 」

「The hotel definitely cannot be called Grand. It was build on a pub. But it is true it has a long history, built in 1833. It is not value for the money paid. First the checkin means calling the people from pub counter to the checkin desk to give you the key. And there is no elevator at the hotel, handicapped or large suitcase people not suggest to go. For the wind change in the bathroom, it cannot be even more noisy. I booked with the most experience room category, however the bedroom is facing...
