"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Our room was very clean and comfortable which made our stay even more relaxing. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it had great options and everything was fresh and delicious. We also loved their promo where children below 12 can eat free at Johnny Rockets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That was such a great bonus for families traveling with kids. Highly recommended!"

"The room was smaller than I expected but it was clean and nice and when i needed a microwave they brought one up to the room. We had a king bed city view suite "

"The staff were very helpful and the location is great. I never stayed at a hostel before this and didn't know what to expect and my experience overall was positive. There was nobody sketchy or anything like that. The capsule was hot when I tried to sleep in it and there is no way to adjust the temperature or a fan in there so I did wake up sweating every morning. Also, it can be hard to sleep with people coming in and out and everyone was quiet during the quiet hours (12pm-8am) but after like 9am it could be noisy but usually not for too long. The outlets in the capsule were usb-a and not usb-c so I couldn't charge my iphone in the capsule but there are other outlets in the lobby/bathrooms/etc. that I used. I am tall too so sometimes my feet would hit the little curtain thing and it would roll up. The bathrooms were clean, the water was hot when I showered and they had listerine, towels, washcloths and 3 in 1 body wash available. The locker in my room didn't really work and wouldn't let me create my own passcode and would just lock so I didn't use it. I left my things in the my capsule while I was out or right outside of it on the floor when I was asleep which I was worried about but nothing was stolen. "
