The best hotel I have ever stayed at in the USA! It is incredibly stylish, convenient, and super clean. Honestly, the property looks even better in person than it does in the photos!
This is a brand-new property and the location is great, the staff is perfect and the rooms are very nice. Can't wait to see where things go when the restaurant opens and more amenities are available.
great location just next door to the hospital. Clean, comfortable room. We wished that there were breakfast served or restaurant open as hard to get food and not much in the hospital either. A bit difficult to find the garage and elevator into the hotel.
Amazing staff! We were visiting for Hyrox DC early September. Staff Member (I believe her name was Kiara) was amazing! When she found out our reason for visiting, she upgraded our room to a suite! When I had a small issue, maintenance was there to fix it within minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The stay was amazing. the place is beautiful and new! It’s in the middle of the Georgetown college so there lots going on!! The staff is 10/10 with hospitality!! Only down side is that there’s no microwave. Would definitely stay again :)!
Rooms are extremely clean on account of this hotel having renovated and opened this past summer. However, that hotel still seems to lack some of the usual amenities and processes we take for granted elsewhere. The access door to the hotel gets locked and you need a card for entry - which you don’t have yet if you arrived after 10pm!! You have to wrap loudly on the door until the front desk hears you (no calling bell - costs $25 to install!). The key card based elevator is another funny story - you need both hands - one to swipe the card on the reader while the other to simultaneously press the floor - impossible to do of you are holding a cup of coffee in one hand! The card reader is finicky and doesn’t register.
The elevator lobby on our floor must have had some unfortunate accident and the rancid odor was beginning to take hold, growing by the hour. To help it dry, the AC was running full blast, making it a challenge to stand there without shivering.
Plenty of charging facility in the room and very well appointed decor. Excellent bed and sheets. Low on towel counts. Coffee station wasn’t stocked at all, possibly hoping you’d walk downstairs to Starbucks (which closes by 3pm - no typo).
This hotel seems to have only one purpose - for visiting parents to drop by to hug their kids - and for that, you cannot beat this hotel! We did too!

Toilet not working. Multiple requests to the front desk with no one ever arriving before we checked out. My kids and I having to go from our room to another building to use a public toilet. Give me a break! Not to mention prebooking and PAYING for the room on Expedia. After confirming and checking us in, I had multiple charges to my debit card that night. Had to call the front desk regarding those charges which was just stressful and irritating. I was told they charge my card $3 at time of check in. Multiple swipes of the card ‘bc it’s a new system’ then they said it would be $1 charge. Never saw those. They didn’t hit. But a $103 charge did. Call to the front desk agent … it’s a hold fee for ‘incidentals’ and that would have made some sense if there was ANYTHING incidental in the room… but no. No minibar. No bottled water. No snacks. NOTHING. And don’t let me forget the air conditioning. Holy hell. Hope you’re cold blooded because cooling the room was impossible. We had turned the ac as low as 58 through the course of the night and still miserable. Even my girls were a sweaty mess in the morning, let alone me. It was disgraceful. I’ll never stay there again, which is a shame because you couldn’t get more convenient location when your moving your child into the school
The staff was amazingly helpful. It was confusing on where to park while checking in. Also the $25. Parking fee was not mentioned until I saw it on my receipt. Not unexpected but should have been mentioned. The staff made up for those deficiencies!
