"The was one issue on 09/11/2026. I got a call from from Hotel Staff to tell me that the room below ours reported that they had water leaking into their room. They then dispatched an engineer to our room, RM2614, to investigate. All that was found was a piece from the jacuzzi tub was missing a part and they would come by the next day to fix it. It was nothing major from what I gathered by it was an inconvenience for us as we were getting ready to go to sleep. Overall, we had an amazing time."

"Check in wasn't the best experience. Check in early around 11 and didn't get my room til 5:30. I paid for a king bed and it wasnt ready. So they gave 2 queens room up the 20 floor. Couldn't believe that we had to wait that long for a room and it was a Monday. Just took them way too long to get a room"
