"Would have been nice if the hotel informed their guest about plumbing maintenance, We were left without water for a while, and no one offered to move us to a different room. When the water finally came back, it was rusty. We complained twice, and the second supervisor told us we should have been given a different room—which only made it more frustrating that it never happened. Very disappointing experience."
