「Our room was very clean and ready for occupancy when we arrived. We went from there to the Waterpark, where there was staff with cleaning supplies in hand, wiping down tables and mopping up floors in the surrounding areas. The lobby, spa area and gift shop were also very clean. The staff was very friendly and met all of our requests for extra amenities. We were very pleased and felt very comfortable with the cleanliness and security during our stay at Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Resort. We will...

「I was skeptical at first with all the negative reviews but honestly this place was great for what we needed if for. Went to a concert at Soaring Eagle, room was clean, staff was friendly at check in. Place is a little older with some signs of wear and tear but overall it was great for the night.」

「A few things were amiss, but nothing too major. Shampoo and conditioner were empty. Fridge froze things overrnight. Hotel staff were amazing and handled the problem. Beds were a little on the hard side for me and windows in room were small. That is all personal preference. Overall, stay was good! Room was clean and friendly staff. LOVE that checkout is noon! 」
