Top Mount Ono Trail Hotel Reviews

Hakone Retreat Före

10/10 Excellent

"We had an amazing experience at the hotel. Spacious room with a stunning view, kind staff and a good breakfast. A luxurious and stunning place. I will definitely come back again."

Hotel Indigo Hakone Gora by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Hotel itself is excellent. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are huge and beds are comfy. In room onsen is barely large enough for 2, but still a nice feature. Public spa area was great when we were there. Had the place to ourselves at 7am. Might be less pleasant when busier. Only downside really was that we were only there for one night and it was heaving with rain. As a result, didn’t really do any of the things we planned. One note, and this is mentioned on the website, there is construction happening right across the river from the rooms. It won’t last forever but might be worth checking in the near term if that’s something that might be of concern."

Susukinohara Ichinoyu

10/10 Excellent

"Love this place, so beautiful, Japanese style."

Hakone Yutowa

10/10 Excellent

"You need to go outside to get from one portion of the complex to another which is not fun in the heavy rain. Great staff and wonderful free ice pops"

HAKONE saryo KINTOKI

"The manager very helpful. The room and the Onsen nice. Just missing some towel hooks in the bathroom and bedroom."
