「The futon’s aren’t very thick so it can be a bit uncomfortable if you’re a side sleeper. Other than that our stay was great. The owner, Yudai, is incredible and has an excellent sense of hospitality. When I come to Hakone again this place will be at the top of my list. 」

「Thanks for the free upgrade to a room with private bath where with the beautiful view of river. Since it is close to the nature, insects are part of them, just get used to it. The room is spacious with wonderful blackout effect, we can't guess the time even at 1000. It is very impressive, we have completely charged for the nights. The spa is for both sex, swimming suits are required. There is free parking. I surely will come back for another relaxing trip.」

「I really love the amenities provided and the overall vibe of the ryokan, which is welcoming and calm the second I step into the property. 」

「The service is very well, love the hot spring, the view is beautiful, enjoy Japanese style meals and the room. The only thing is the hotel is on the top of a hill, there is a 10 min walking from cable train to hotel, when we were leaving, the hotel dropped us off the strain station. You may call them to drive you to the hotel if you have large luggage. Overall, I would like to revisit it again, and highly recommend this hotel! 」

"房間看起來雖然沒有非常新穎，不過整體而言還算舒適。前台服務人員也很熱心服務，幫我撥打電話給租車公司更改還車地點。箱根本身景點不算多，如果都要搭車，時間可能比較不好掌握，選擇自駕停留一晚，非常值得品味飯店的晚餐與早餐，餐點雖然不是非常多樣，不過有考量到各國飲食的不同，不會只吃到日本特色食物。"

"第二次入住了, 一如以往一樣, 房間大而且舒適, 唯一最不好是晚上餐廳只到20:00, 跟Outlet關門時間一樣, 入住這酒店最大原因是要到Outlet購物, 但附近晚上沒有任何餐飲服務是這間酒店最大問題及壞處, 只可吃杯麵或搭的士外出去車站才找到東西吃, 甘大間酒店也沒有room service......"

"建築物本身就很新穎,公共空間寬敞,房間內部更是寬敞舒適,廚房/洗衣功能都包含在此公寓式酒店房內,裝潢設計質感佳,維護狀況亦佳,check-in方式相當智能與無人化,但仍能適時找到人員協助;公共浴場不大,但足矣,有室內及半露天的共兩池,乾淨舒適;早餐為自助式,選擇不是太多且意外地沒有太多日式餐飲選擇,但適合簡單的旅人;雖位於安靜的山區,天暗的早且不算在大馬路上,但對面就有lawson非常方便,此處為此行的中間站,空間便於行程中行李的重整以及衣物的換洗,床品亦柔軟舒適,非常推薦並強烈會考慮再訪此處! "
