「The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. 」

「Tatty and in poor condition, awful place. We checked into room 210 this weekend, the shower does not work, just the bath taps. Bathroom dated and very tatty. Bedroom the same, cracked paint, unsafe electrical switches, one mug for 2 people to share. A truly awful place. 」
