We had a lovely stay with a few issues that were quickly resolved. Would say to stay in a refurbished room as the ones that haven't been are akin to a 2 star at best however the renovated parts of the hotelwere great. Overall had a great stay.

We had a twin room, which was quite spacious, clean, and had an iron and ironing board. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We ordered breakfast and were not disappointed. It was excellent, cooked to our specifications. We will be visiting again!

The hotel is an adults only hotel which meant it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff where every friendly and helpful. Because of our blue badge parking was free in front of the hotel. Unfortunately if you have no blued badge you have to pay for parking. The hotel is just a five minute walk to the start of the shops.

Located right near the water the location was great. Since it was a smaller hotel staff were not always present at the front desk but could be reached via buzzer. There was plenty of shopping near by.

Hotel in an excellent position, close to both the beach and town centre. Staff were very helpful at check in and so were the cleaning crew. There is no parking attached to the hotel but it can be found easily enough. Room had a sea view which was lovely, however it could do with a little redecoration. Good stay though.

Couldn't get entry for ages as we weren't told 2 hotels had become one with different names still on the buildings. No private parking was a pain but what I can gather it's the same for most hotels. The lady that greeted us was really nice but unfortunately I couldn't understand a word she was saying as obviously she was foreign. Room was clean but the shower area was a bit tatty. If I had to use it again I probably would.

Seafront property with beautiful views of the pier and orme. Very clean and well presented, room was very warm on our arrival and the window didn't open, luckily the room cooled a lot following the closing of the curtains. Comfy bed. Great parking (paid) right outside.
