The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location on the beach front was fabulous and close to all the shops and amenities. My top floor room was very comfortable and warm with views across the bay. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive. Great it has a small car park too.

Lovely hotel with very clean reception and polite staff. I noticed my duvet cover was marked on arrival but on mentioning this, they replaced it straightaway. Minor issues were that I did not seem to be able to get any cold water from the taps, and the temperature of the room via the climate control unit seemed impossible to change, so the room was warmer than I prefer it. Overall though, a lovely hotel, very well positioned overlooking the sea and the staff were courteous and helpful.

Lovely welcoming lady receptionist and the young bar staff very polite and cheerful. Crooked floorboards in bedroom but this added caracter and great space for 3 ladies sharing with 3 single beds. Coridors and room were really hot when we arrived, we had to open the window and switch off heating in the room, it took a while before it cooled down. Room and bathroom were basic but clean and very comfy beds. Can' t comment on food as we did not eat there. Very convinient for shops, eating and Venue Cymru.

Such a fantastic hotel, we will definitely be returning! Lovely room in a fantastic location. The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was just fantastic! The staff were friendly and so helpful and the bar area was beautiful. We had a lovely family break here and would definitely recommend it!

Llandudno Esplanade Hotel

The hotel, staff and the room were great, my only issue with the room was it's location. I was in the first floor room above the reception area which had ceiling speakers playing music. This sounded twice as loud through the floorboards of my room than it did in the reception area. That said, the staff turned it off later on at my request so I could get an early night. The only other issue I had was with the breakfast, it was quite expensive and because I don't like a few of the things on a full english I asked for just bacon, sausages and mushrooms. I was saddened to see just one item of each on my plate, yes, one mushroom even though I had requested multiples. I would stay at the Esplanade again in a different room higher up but I wouldn't pay for the breakfasts.

The room was located in the next building, so we had to take a long walk to the room. The room was so noisy as it was located on the above of the restaurant. The music played till midnight and I couldn’t sleep at all. Not a good experience.

Stayed on room 305. Few marks on walls which could easily be cleaned off. Beds comfortable and clean bedding. Bathroom very dark but clean. Furniture somewhat at angles due to uneven floor. Breakfast in the goat varied and fresh and staff Sarah and Gaz coped very well with busy breakfast room on 2 days we stayed. Nothing was too much trouble. Have used restaurant previously and would recommend. Would stay again but request different room.

We really enjoyed our stay would highly recommend, just one thought it would be ideal to have a small fridge in the room so we could've stored drinks as it was really warm and something cold would of been appreciated.
