We were very impressed by the reception we received - the man who checked us in could not have been nicer, more welcoming or more efficient ( carrying our cases up for us) and he dealt immediately with the problems we had in the room - ie only 2 sets of towels for 3 people, no decaff coffee and very few milk sachets for 3 people! Our room was adequate but if being honest didn't meet the expectations we had. The bathroom was modern but the decor in the room was slightly faded. There were 3 of us in the one room but it didn't match up to the other 2 hotels we'd stayed in before this one in Liverpool and Chester. The food we enjoyed at breakfast was of a good quality but due to the layout of the premises was a little chaotic which detracted from an overall positive experience even though the staff again, were really helpful and pleasant. Personally we wouldn't stay here again if visiting Llandudno.

Excellent one night stay - staff very amenable and breakfast was excellent . Lovely location - room very comfortable - loved the hot chocolate and marshmallow in the room - made a lovely change from biscuits. Will definitely recommend and also plan a return visit for ourselves. Lovely gem of a find - very happy
