"It was clean and easily accessable. Quite quiet too to say in the centre of Nottingham. Had a view of the castle. However, There were no draws to put any clothes in so they had to stay in the suitcase or on the floor? Only a short wardrobe so couldnt put a dress in it. No clothes hook to hang a coat off"

"The staff were amazing, from check in and check out. Not happy paying a £30 deposit which should be payed back as we don’t know until it goes onto our card. The breakfast was excellent, the room was lovely and quiet. We slept well. Well done I would return as long as I get my deposit back."
"Made very welcome by the reception staff and then later by the restaurant staff .
Excellent room with all the usual facilities.
Great Hotel handy for the Theatre Royal .
Keep up the good work .
Only negative side at breakfast no waiting staff to serve tea and coffee .
The machine alternative is a poor substitute with many guests struggling to operate the drinks vending machine ."
"Clean room. Great breakfast. Only a short walk into the city centre along the canal. Navigation pub worth a visit next to canal on route to the Jerusalem!"
