「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「Property was fine for a night by the airport. Quick and efficient shuttle to the airport. The only thing I didn't care for was there seemed to be a light at the top of the window area. At first I thought it was the light from outside, but now instead think it was a 24/7 nightlight. This was disturbing to sleep. As I said before, it really didn't matter all that much because it was just for one night before a flight. 」
