「除了Wi-Fi速度在房间里太慢，根本打不开网页，其他的条件都很好，环境也不错，餐饮是当地人口味，外地可能会吃不惯。」

「I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)」

「Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.」

「Very good location,all kinds of shops, department stores, restaurants are within walking distance, public transportations are also very nearby. The atmosphere of the room was very romantic, the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, Staffs of the hotel are very freindly,helpful and good service.」

「Hôtel à proximité immédiate de Europa Park (15min à pied). Même si le personnel ne parle pas français, l’accueil est top et souriant. Le hall de l’hôtel est très sympa avec un espace bar et repas/petit déjeuner (pas testé). Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres et conformes à ce que nous attendions. Le seul petit bémol est l’absence d’un coffre fort dans la chambre qui est toujours appréciable quand on passe 2 jours au parc.
