「Digital keys: a link is sent to you to access the building and room. It’s easy though. We did not see staff but constantly received communication from them. We needed nothing. The beautifully renovated room is fully equipped. The bed is comfortable; the sofa bed is squeaky. Bedding and towels were of good quality. The location is top notch. You can walk everywhere. 「My husband and I just had a lovely stay a Hotel Cap Diamant. This is a quaint old style hotel. Makes you feel like you’re in Europe. The room as comfortable, the staff was very kind and helpful (Marie-Eve is such a sweetheart!), and it was conveniently located in Old Quebec. It was nice to have a healthy morning bite to eat. The many choices of beverage options was great. If stairs are a concern than this is not the choice for you. Otherwise we highly recommend this hotel. 」
