Disappointing Stay – Poor Service, No Hot Water, and Lack of Basic Essentials
This is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a negative review, but my experience at this hotel was far below acceptable standards.
The reception staff were very young, naive, and clearly lacked the knowledge or experience to handle even basic guest concerns. This became especially evident when there was no hot water for 24 hours—an issue they were completely unprepared to deal with and offered no real solution or communication.
There were also very few signs or information provided about the hotel’s rules or amenities, which added to the confusion. Housekeeping cleaned the bathroom but failed to leave basic necessities like towels and toilet paper.
To make matters worse, the reception closed at 10:00 PM, leaving no staff available to address any needs or emergencies after that time. This level of inaccessibility is unacceptable for any hotel.
Overall, it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
