Perfect little find, great front desk staff, and breakfst was abundant. Perfectly situated outside of the main crowds but minute walk from everything Hotel need a little face lift, but honestly, great place, going back for sure!

I really enjoyed the ambience of the hotel. Its location is very convenient, as it is close to the sightseeing areas we wanted to visit. The hotel was clean, and we appreciated the great variety of breakfast choices. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely come back again!

Most wonderful hotel, with modernized room while maintaining heritage charm. Location was top notch, super walkable yet off the busy streets. So so quiet at night for a really nice sleep. The on site parking and breakfast were excellent. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival we found the hotel to be very central to many attractions and restaurants Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful On site breakfast was good with a large selection of food to enjoy Room was very clean and maintained throughout our stay Only drawback was not much counter space in the bathroom We would definitely recommend the Acadia to friends and family

This is a beautiful property. Great location. Staff was very helpful and professional. Young man rose to stand every time anyone entered the lobby and offered assistance. Beautiful room. Highest marks for an authentic hotel in an authentic city.

This hotel is a gem in old Quebec. It is close to all attractions in old town. However, be warned that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator so you need to use stairs! It is worth it for the beautiful rooms and property.

We loved everything about this hotel! The room was amazing. The location was perfect. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was great. Ethan at the front desk was very helpful with our parking, and he even carried our suitcases up the 2 flights of stairs for us. Thank you Ethan and Acadia Hotel for making our stay in Quebec City a memorable one!

Great little hotel centrally located. Nice breakfast and very clean. Five flights of stairs with no elevator so you do need to be fit and not have too much luggage. It worked for us.

Small, very nice hotel. Well located on Quebec City. Very helpful staff. Very clean. Caveats,not handicapped access. They could be a little more creative with the breakfast. In Quebec and no maple syrup??? That was weird!
